Lubbock Turkey Fry ("we," "us") is a small seasonal business. We collect only what we need to cook your turkey and get it back to you. This policy explains what that means.

We do not collect data beyond what the booking form and scheduling tool ask for. No tracking pixels, no analytics cookies, no advertising identifiers.
Your information is used only to process your turkey fry booking: confirming your order, scheduling your drop-off and pickup, communicating any changes, and processing payment or refunds.
We may email you about your booking (confirmation, reminders, pickup instructions). We will not add you to a marketing email list without your explicit consent.
Stripe processes your payment. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Cal.com handles scheduling. Their privacy policy applies to data entered when booking your pickup time: cal.com/privacy.
Google Sheets stores order records for our internal tracking. This data is not shared publicly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else. No third-party advertising, no data brokers, no exceptions.
Our main website does not set cookies. Stripe and Cal.com may set their own cookies when you interact with their checkout and scheduling pages. Those are governed by their respective privacy policies linked above.
We keep your booking information through the end of the Thanksgiving season and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and customer service purposes (typically through tax filing season). Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their policies.
If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove what we can. Some records may need to be retained for tax or legal purposes.
You can ask us what data we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it. We're one person running a turkey operation — there's no bureaucracy here.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For a seasonal business, changes would typically happen between seasons, not mid-order.
